Terms and Conditions
- Broker status is based on funded volume in a specific year.
- The initial status in 2026 will be based on funded volumes for 2025.
- For 2026, all deals funded between Jan.1 and Dec.31 2026 are eligible for broker status in 2027.
- Brokers are eligible to go from one tier to the next within the same year.
- Office “pooling” for status purpose is not eligible. Status is provided at the agent level.
- Effective January 2027, Broker status is grandfathered for the following year based on the volume funded the previous year. I.e. 2026 funded volume will set the status to start 2027. Funded volume resets at the start of each year. For a broker to retain the same status, they must fund the required units or dollars in the required year.
